Richard William Sanchez Construction History

I have been married for 39 years with four children. I started working at the age of five every summer learning from my father, who was a contractor that also learned from his father. Now my only son Daniel has followed suit and has taken over our legacy of Sanchez Construction. We have framed over 80 Farmer Boys Fast Food Restaurants, dozens of Fast Food Burger Stands, over 60 mini mall commercial buildings, over 400 room additions, thousands of concrete patios roofing and deck projects, and 2 houses built in Greece. Currently, my son Daniel Sanchez is the fourth generation Sanchez (pictured on the right) and oversees all of the projects from beginning to end. We are not salesmen, we pride ourselves on being builders and loving what we do.
